- 🤫 No parties, quiet time 9 pm - 8 am
- 🚫 Not suitable for children under 12.
- 🚭 Not for smokers: no smoking inside or outside
- 😎 Booking guest age 25+.
- 🕓 Self - check-in at 4 pm ET.
- 🕙 Checkout by 10 am ET.
- 🧳 Luggage drop-off available.
- 👨 Host lives on premises; no shared spaces, inside or outside.
- 💵 Additional guest fee of $30/day of reservation for each additional guest above two.
- 👨👩👧👦 Maximum occupancy on rentals longer than 30 days is four persons unless otherwise agreed.
- 🧹 On rentals longer than 30 days, a house cleaning every two weeks is additional to rent, at $150/cleaning.
Payment Schedule
50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.

Tania’s place is great. Beautifully decorated. Stocked with pots, pans, wifi, body wash, towels etc. the backyard is stunning. There was a lot of renovation/cleaning going on during my stay which was not so ideal. But nonetheless amazing place. Thank you, Tania.

The property is great. Didn’t get to use the backyard since it’s winter time. If very clean and fun decor! The beds where very comfortable. We loved the fire place and the projector to watch TV! I would stay again.

Great house
The place is beautifully and well taken care of. The patio area is amazing. We spent a little over a week here and everything was great. Tania was out of town but still very responsive whenever we needed to get ahold of her.
This house is absolutely stunning. We didn’t have great weather so we weren’t able to use the pool but the backyard is great to just relax.
We had a wonderful time at Tania's house that provided the amenities of a vacation resort coupled with the privacy we wanted. The house is tastefully designed for comfort and the backyard is delightful on a sunny day. We are already making plans to return!

This home was very clean and just as described, with many interesting features inside and out, in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. We found the beds to be especially comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen, which had a nice island in the middle. We would definitely stay there again.

Tania's place was all it promised to be. Tania was a gracious hostess, the place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We visit Worcester often, next time we do I will start my planning by checking if the place is available, if it is my search will be complete.
Tania was great! Her house is gorgeous and she was very accommodating as I had both a late check in and check out. She was very pleasant to speak with and her dog, Tommy Lee, is super cute and very friendly without being in your space. Tania's house is like your home away from home - except better because she keeps it so lovely. 😛 I had a great time!
Tania's place was very peaceful for my 8 night stay. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom area all beautiful spaces and kept clean. The bed was large and comfortable. For the price, this place is hard to beat, a great value. Would recommend.

As described the place is a paradise. Amazing backyard with the pool to relax, brilliant kitchen with all the high tech equipment and the house is located in a quiet area with easy exit to the highway to avoid the traffic. Tania was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended staying here.
