We had the absolute best time staying here! I’ve never done Airbnb before and this place far exceeded my expectations of what it should be like. Tania and Glenn thought of everything to make our stay beyond comfortable. Instructions on entry and how to use items in the house were clear and extensive, so it was very easy to figure things out. I had my 4 year old with me, my mother and my 80 year old grandmother. We all absolutely loved the house; it was so beautifully decorated and thought out and provided us with plenty of space. The outside area was such a lovely addition to the listing as we wanted to make sure my daughter was occupied for the week without having to run around all over town. The pool was helpful for that and was so nice to be in. Even on chillier days as the weather has started to cool, the pool was warm and provided us with something fun to do. It was a great place to stay with our grandkids. The pool was very clean, a nice 82 degrees and there were lots of pool toys, floats, goggles etc to use.The kitchen was very well stocked w cooking equipment and the cupboards had some spices & other basic supplies.Host Glenn offered to buy fruit, eggs, half & half & cereal for our first breakfast there. Much appreciated. Fridge also had some opened pickles, mayo, catsup so we didn't have to buy alot & then waste it when we left.The master bed was very comfortable. C'est la première fois qu'il m'est aussi difficile de rédiger un avis Airbnb ! Après 44 locations, je pensais avoir tout vu… mais jamais un accueil pareil. Communication au top, gentillesse des propriétaires, attentions avant notre arrivée, produits même réapprovisionnés pendant le séjour : du jamais vu ! On sent vraiment l'attention portée aux voyageurs.Et ça, ce n'est que le début, car le logement lui-même… Piscine impeccable, Zen Zone parfaite pour se détendre, chambres top, équipements ultra complets, tout est fonctionnel. La déco nous a tellement plu que j'ai pris des photos pour piquer quelques idées ! La maison n'est pas immense, mais il ne manque rien et l'extérieur est tellement agréable. Malgré les propriétaires juste en dessous : discrétion absolue.Seul petit point : beaucoup de consignes. Oh my gosh, what to say!?! We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's. Check out was way less demanding compared to all the others we have stayed at. It was so nice and we so appreciated that we could actually breathe before leaving. They understood we were "still on vacation". All the little "extras" Glen and Tania provided was above and beyond what we have ever had. The back yard was our favorite. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Tania and Glenn were great hosts/ super responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. We traveled with our toddler, and they had many helpful touches throughout the place to make things really easy. They stocked the fridge with really solid beverages, and they even gave us some welcome snacks! Top notch hosts, really take pride in making your stay as perfect as possible. Walked in to peaceful music playing. Clean, organized, forgot my toothbrush, no problem! Of course there is a new one in the cabinet along with ANYTHING else you might need. Great products, thoughtfully stocked with healthy snacks, comfortable beds, heated blankets! This is a gem of a place. The hosts have thought of everything! We used the kitchen to cook and didn’t need to ask for anything- they had a wide variety of spices and tools to cook with which is so helpful when traveling. They went above and beyond with some breakfast items and snacks upon our arrival. The bathroom was fully stocked too with a variety of toiletries/first aid etc. Glenn was very helpful and responsive when needed and Tania let me borrow her yoga mat which was very kind. This was my second stay at Zen Zone Gardens and it is a 5 star plus property in every way. Tania and Glenn make their guests feel at home from the time the property is booked throughout their stay and beyond. Glenn not only makes sure that the property is pristine, he offers to show guests all of the technology used, leaves goodies, snacks ,and drinks before arrival, and, even offered to drive me to my sister's home because it was snowing. He also offers to bring takeout and is happy to make recommendations for restaurants.Tania's place is beautifully furnished with a full and very well equipped gourmet kitchen, a cozy living room, and roomy and comfortable bedrooms. The place is also warm and peaceful with live plants, pretty lighting, and a fireplace. If there were an option to give 10 stars we would. We could not have asked for a warmer welcome, and have never stayed at a location that offered such thoughtful touches from snacks, toiletries, spices, games, every single piece of kitchen equipment we could ever need! My husband played disc golf in Leicester at Maple Hill, Pyramids and Meadowbrook orchards. The house was in a good location to access these courses. Wonderful. Just like home but better. Enjoyed the amenities, pool, and attention to detail. Lots of unexpected bonuses such as beverages and cooking supplies such as truffle oil! The hosts made sure my daughter was supplied with plenty to do. The pool has everything you want such as inflatables. Loved the projected tv. The house was so peaceful and the tall fencing made it completely private. WHAT A FIND!We loved our week here, it was so much more than we expected but perfect. We were visiting from England and needed somewhere for our base while our boys attended soccer camp in the local area. This place was wonderful, just perfect. We have 4 kids, 14,9,7,3. I will start with check-in. The process was super smooth with great communication from Glenn. Having our own private parking was great too. The house is spotless and oozes calm and tranquility. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge was a big hit for us. The beds are so comfy. The wardrobes are big. There is plenty of space! The kids loved the projector but the best part was the fantastic pool, Glenn even went out of his way and bought giant connect 4 to use by the poolside which was lovely of him + brought us smoors to have as a family. This was an outstanding rental property and we would highly recommend it. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The house had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, huge screen for watching TV, lovely bedrooms. The garden and pool area was amazing, beautifully kept, a stream/waterfall, and gorgeous flowers. The pool was huge, with sparking water, and very warm (86-88 degrees on most days). The patio area was perfect for relaxing and pool lilos/toys were even provided too! We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts, they were easy to contact and responded really quickly to any queries we had. It's a shame I can't give 6 stars. Tania and Glenn anticipated every need for us - it was like a home away from home. We traveled for a family event and stayed for 5 days. The whole house had a tranquil, but hip, vibe. We were able to come into a prepped kitchen, and also grill out on this amazing patio with an immaculate garden. The house was so quiet that we all slept late every day.As hosts, Tania and Glenn went above and beyond. Not only did they prep us with area recommendations before we arrived, but checked in with us to make sure the stay was going well, and were so easy to work with as some plans changed mid-trip. A Modern Zen Oasis Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this beautiful 3 bedroom is warm & inviting. The house features an ultra modern setup with Siri speakers throughout in every room, induction stove, remote controlled fireplace, projection TV, etc.There are QR codes to go with every aminity, so you're never at a loss. Best of all, though, are the hosts. Glenn, who is on-site, was available through out our stay, whether to offer advice, take in a package that was delivered, or even share an Amazon link to one of the home's amenities that I particularly liked. booked this charming property in Worcester as a convenient spot to visit my son, who attends college nearby, and for family weekend at Boston University, where my daughter just started school. Hotels in Boston were priced from $600 to $1,200 per night, so finding this home was ideal. Tania and Glenn's home is exquisite. the decor is worldly and so tasteful you feel like you are in a very special place. Beds were all comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped and we loved the array of spices and condiments. The host are very generous with information and support that commenced as soon as we booked. The outdoor patio was superb and all of us used it well. We had very busy schedule but it was so inviting for rest in between our events. The host are super friendly and responsive and though they live on the lower level we barely felt their presence. The home is very modern with various digital systems to control lights, TV, sound system, kitchen stove, trash compressor. At first we were overwhelmed, not familiar but Glenn responded quickly to our questions and their help manuals are user friendly and impressively thoughtful. The hosts communicated well and took a caring interest in our stay and comfort. I fell ill on the last day of our stay, and our host offered to run to the store for me. Increcibly sweet!! I would recommend staying here. It's worth noting to potential renters that the house is split into top and bottom portions. You will be renting the top half of the house. We came to Worcester to move my son into his apartment for grad school. It was important to find a place that felt comfortable and didn’t require a lot of effort to manage on our part as we had quite a lot to do getting him situated. Tania’s gorgeous home was the answer! There isn’t really anything you need to think about while staying here. If you have a question about how something works the instructions are laid out in a thoughtful, detailed handbook. It was nice to know it was there IF we needed it. Even better than the handbook, though, was having Glenn available for any questions or help! He is a kind human who is also incredibly responsive. As for the home? Such a peaceful, charming place. We were wowed by the attention to detail throughout. It seems like every time we turned around we discovered a new, cool something. This is our third summer vacationing at Tania’s place and we have continued to have a great stay every time. It has been the perfect place to gather family together outside and enjoy the pool and grill on summer days. Beyond the accommodations being beautiful and comfortable, the hospitality from the hosts Tania and Glenn is TOP NOTCH. They are always so thoughtful with the welcoming touches they provide and even had balloons, champagne and cake waiting for me when I arrived because I mentioned it was my birthday. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. The house was well stocked with supplies and had everything we needed for our vacation. They also supplied extra treats to include delicious Brazilian cheese bread. The pool and backyard area as well as the projector added to our family fun. The Zen House was truly magical! Our two week stay at the Zen House was truly magical! The hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even have a very organized handbook that was an excellent resource. When we arrived there was homemade brazilian cheesey bread, which, who doesn’t want a yummy snack after a long trip? As well as someone to greet you and take the heaviest suitcase up the steps for you? Glenn was very kind and dependable. Was always available but never intrusive. The purpose of our trip was stressful - our only child spending his first 2 weeks away from home for a pre-college program. We needed a VRBO location that was close to his college and also was an anxiety soothing experience. The house and grounds were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was just spectacular! Every tool or cooking device was not only there, but topline brands. The speakers throughout the house allowed for us to have relaxing music playing. Comfortably beautiful and highly functional. The backyard is truly an oasis. The pictures do not do the peaceful enchantment justice. I was working from “home” during our trip and being able to sit in the kitchen or patio and hear the babbling brook with small birds taking baths, the rustle of the tall privacy trees, and the gorgeous landscaping made for a much needed supportive and lovely environment. If you are picky about the cleanliness of rentals, book this place now! Stop looking at other options and book this location. We have never been in such a clean home where the host so clearly cares about helping their guests be comfortable. Every detail is thought through. We were there visiting family in the area in April, before spring had fully come to Worcester. A real estate agent once told us that you can tell the superior gardeners because their yards look attractive even in the winter. Not only is the inside of this home absolutely pristine, but it is surrounded by the most beautiful personal landscaping / garden. As comfortable and well cared for as we felt inside as we worked and prepared meals between family visits, I can't imagine how lovely this space will be as the weather warms and the outdoor space becomes increasingly available as well. This is a beautiful high end and friendly abnb. I believe it is good for adults w/o young children or teens. It has only one draw back. It is stressful to have such specific directions about the kitchen. There is a long list of things to not put in the garbage disposal. The stove top has specific directions. The counter top does also. I appreciate that the owners do the garbage/trash according to the law but it is crazy detailed. When on a vacation I want to relax, not read instructions. We selected this house based on the pictures and reviews. Definitely as advertised with a very nice front and backyard ambiance both during the day and at night. Plenty of lighting inside and out to get you in and out at night. The backyard pool, patio and furniture were very comfortable and easy to enjoy in spite of a little rain. The interior was clean and instructions were handy when a question came up. The manuals with pictures made using the appliances and other amenities easy. I chose this Airbnb specifically, not for the location but for the Airbnb itself and all of the wonderful amenities included. Tania and Glenn did not miss a beat. As soon as you walk into the kitchen you're met with a generous tier basket of snacks and a clean fully stocked kitchen with QR codes on the appliances. I thought that was very cool and helpful. This was a trip back home that was extremely busy and stressful at times but as you walked into the door it was just so peaceful and the street is very quiet. You can't tell that you're in the city. Great experience at this comfy home! Stayed here to attend a friend’s wedding and associated parties. The location was perfect and just minutes from all of the events. The house was very clean and had every convenience we needed. It was so much nicer and more affordable than the two adjoining hotel rooms we were pricing! Communication with the owner/manager was awesome! Glenn gave us several great recommendations for restaurants, and he was very communicative during our stay, checking in via text to see if we needed anything! I could tell the grounds and pool would be beautiful during warmer months! The dedicated parking was very convenient and well lit at night. The home is stocked with everything you need...snacks and drinks, medical and emergency supplies, lots of blankets and pillows, toiletries and more. Staying at Glenn & Tania's place felt like going to a spa (minus the masseuse). The plant-filled property is meticulously cared for, private, quiet, and stocked with anything and everything you would ever need (and might have forgotten). I especially enjoyed the projection TV after sundown as the living room transformed into my personal home theatre without having to leave the daybed.
