Your property rental is offered directly by the property owner Tania. Tania is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the property and for fulfilling the obligations of the rental agreement. Renters are solely responsible for complying with the terms of the rental agreement provided in the booking process, including payment of rent and any other fees, and for their conduct while occupying the property.

Cancellation Policy

Guests deciding to cancel their booking can receive a 97% refund [the credit card company does not refund its fee] if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and more than 30 days before their scheduled check-in date. However, if guests cancel more than14 days before their check-in date, they will receive only a 47% refund. If guests cancel after that, they will not receive any refund and will be charged 100% of the total cost for all nights booked.

Disputes

Any dispute arising between the property owner and renters is ideally resolved directly between the parties and the rental agreement governs otherwise. The property owner will not be responsible or liable for any such disputes.

Limitation of Liability

The property owner is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from the rental of the property or the acts or omissions of renters.

Governing Law

Your Legal Rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, Worcester county.
